Travel Concessions for People with a Disability
You may qualify for a Merseytravel National Travel Pass if you have certain disabilities which are permanent or are long-lasting (defined by the DfT as having lasted 12 months, or likely to last 12 months, or likely to recur). The pass will allow you to travel on buses, trains and Mersey Ferries in Merseyside at any time, Mondays to Sundays.

To apply you can:
- print and fill out one of the forms below.
- take it with the required documents and a passport photograph to any of the offices listed in the form.
- or send it with the required documents including a passport photograph to Customer Delivery, Merseytravel, PO Box 1976, L69 3HN.
Merseytravel Concessionary Travel Passes: Information for Customers
We are currently improving the way we produce concessionary travel passes. Unfortunately this means we are temporarily unable to issue replacement passes at our Travel Centres. We can still take your applications for new or replacement passes at the Travel Centres but the pass will be sent out to your home address within 5 days. Disabled Person Travel Pass Fast Track Application form - for Categories A to E
Application form A - for people who are blind or partially sighted.
Application form B - for people who are profoundly or severely deaf.
Application form C - for people who are without speech.
Application form D - for people with a disability affecting their ability to walk.
Application form E - for people who do not have use of both their arms.
Application form F - for people who have a learning disability.
Application form G1 - for people who are physically unfit to have a driving licence.
Application form G2 - for people who are unfit to have a driving licence because of a mental disorder.
