Our mission is to improve the social, environmental and economic wellbeing of the Merseyside area by leading the delivery of the third Local Transport Plan and enable an integrated transport system that is high quality, customer focused and provides value for money.
To demonstrate our achievements to our customers and stakeholders Merseytravel pursues numerous awards and accreditations. However, these standards are not just about “A plaque on the wall”.
