Merseytravel is working to co-ordinate public transport in Merseyside. It is building partnerships with business, transport operators and most importantly, the community to deliver high quality services that meet people's real needs.

Public transport meets the needs of the travelling public – it must be efficient, cost effective, comfortable, clean and safe.

But it also has a job to help improve the quality of life for everyone in Merseyside. Public transport is a real communicator - it brings people together.
