Changes to trains between Liverpool, Huyton, Warrington, Blackpool North and Manchester
Until 8 February, trains to and from Manchester Airport will be affected by major engineering work at the airport. Northern trains between Liverpool Lime Street and Manchester Airport will start and finish at Manchester Piccadilly. Rail replacement buses are running between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport. Please check your travel plans before you travel by visiting www.nationalrail.co.uk.

On Sundays 1, 8, 15 and 22 February and Sunday 1 March, trains on the Liverpool - Huyton - Manchester Piccadilly / Manchester Airport lines will be replaced by buses. Click here to view the replacement bus timetable.
On Sunday 1 and 8 February, First Transpennine Express trains which run between Liverpool, Manchester Victoria and Newcastle will not run to or from Liverpool. Please visit www.tpexpress.co.uk to plan your journey and find out more information.
On all Fridays from 30 January through to 27 February, the 2309 train from Manchester Victoria and the 2319 train from Liverpool Lime Street to Manchester Victoria will both be replaced by buses. The 2220 train from Liverpool to Manchester Victoria will start earlier at 2206 and run earlier than normally advertised. The 2216 train from Blackpool North to Liverpool Lime Street will finish at Wigan North Western. A rail replacement bus will run between Wigan and Liverpool. The 2302 train from Liverpool to Preston will start from Wigan at 2348. A bus will run between be replaced by a bus between Liverpool and Wigan North Western.
