HR and Learning Business Partner Apprentice

Main Duties:
We are looking for an HR & Learning Apprentice to join our Organisation for three years, during this time you will develop key skills and gain the Chartered Institute of Personal and Development (CIPD) level 5 Applied Diploma in Human Resource Management and will attain Associate Member status of CIPD.
You will learn how to develop yourself as an HR & Learning professional within a contemporary HR & Learning function.  You will learn how the HR & Learning function is essential within the business and will cover such topics as:
·          Employee relations
·          Employment law
·          Employee engagement
·          Resource & Talent Planning
·          Human Resource Development
·          Reward Management
·          Coaching & Mentoring
·          Learning & Development

First stage of the recruitment process will be held on 27 June 2019
Second stage of the process will take place on Thursday 4 July 2019
It is anticipated the HR & Learning Apprentice will commence employment week commencing 5 August 2019
