Main Duties:
The Infrastructure Manager (IM) is a key member of Asset Management (AM) senior management leading a multi-disciplined team delivering a portfolio of capital investment funded schemes across the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA).  The IM will support client departments in the development of transport related programmes of schemes (Bus, Rail, Park and Ride and Highways as appropriate) and ultimately be responsible for defined elements of the design, further development, procurement and delivery of these projects.
 
The IM also provides direct and vital links to the Key Route Network (KRN) Group and Liverpool City Centre Connectivity initiatives, providing assistance and technical advice to help deliver LCRCA objectives in a collaborative manner.
 
The IM will represent AM at senior management level and deputise as appropriate for the Head of Asset Management.
