Townsend Avenue (Southbound Only) will be closed from Tuesday 17 September 2024 for approximately 5 weeks between Parthenon Drive and Utting Avenue East.
Bus diversions are as follows:
Services 17 and 17A (City Bound Services Are Only Affected)
- From Aintree University Hospital/Kirkby will be as normal route to Townsend Avenue then via Parthenon Drive, Utting Avenue East, Utting Avenue then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits a section of Townsend Avenue).
