Planned Closures & Changes
  • Stalisfield Avenue (Norris Green)
    Stalisfield Avenue will be closed, between Utting Avenue East and Muirhead Avenue East, from Monday 11 February 2013, until further notice.
  • Boyes Brow and Headbolt Lane (Kirkby)
    Headbolt Lane and Boyes Brow will be subject to closure from Monday 29 April 2013, for approximately 6 weeks.
  • Melrose Road (Kirkdale)
    Melrose Road will be closed, at the junction with St Agnes Road, from Tuesday 28 May 2013, until further notice.
  • Elmswood Road (Aigburth)
    Elmswood Road will be closed, between Aigburth Vale and Mossley Hill Drive, from Saturday 15 June 2013, for approximately 2 weeks.

  • Event supports High Speed Rail consultation
    Merseytravel hosted over 100 leaders from business, commerce, public sector and environmental interest groups at an event to share information in advance of the forthcoming Department for Transport consultation on the national High Speed 2 rail project.
  • Mobile Transport Surgeries are coming to a place near you
    From Monday 3 – Friday 7 June, Merseytravel will be hosting mobile transport surgeries on board a special bus travelling across Merseyside, with representatives from Merseytravel and bus and train operators on board to answer public transport queries
