When you’re travelling on a bus, train or ferry, we want you to know which area and zone you’re in – and when you pass from one to another. All our stops and stations have information to show exactly which part of our network you’re in.
If you find that your journey will take you outside your chosen zone or area, simply pay the normal fare for the ‘extra’ part of your journey before the journey begins.
At key bus interchanges across the region, we have detailed maps showing where to board your bus, places served by each route and service frequencies, to help making travel by bus easier before and during your journey. Bus interchange maps are displayed at stops within each interchange as well as online. The rollout of interchange maps is aligned to our Green Bus Routes Programme with maps along route 10A being the first to be produced.
