A41 New Chester Road will be closed, between Croft Avenue East and Heather Dene, on Tuesday 2 June, Wednesday 3 June, Thursday 4 June, Friday 5 June and Monday 8 June 2026, from 1900 to Midnight each night.

Services 1 and X1
- From Chester Bus Interchange will travel as normal to Spital Road, then continue via Spital Road, Church Road, The Village, Bebington Road, Boundary Road to New Chester Road, then as normal route to Liverpool (omitting Croft Avenue East and a section of New Chester Road).
These services will call at the stops on Spital Road, near Stanhope Drive; and New Chester Road, opposite Legh Road. - From Liverpool will travel as normal to New Chester Road, then via Port Causeway, Stadium Road, Welton Road, Caldbeck Road to Croft Avenue East, then as normal route to Chester Bus Interchange (omitting a section of New Chester Road).
These services will call at the stops on New Chester Road, near Pool Lane; and Croft Avenue East, near Spital Road.
Services 41 and 42
- From Eastham Rake will travel as normal to Spital Road, then continue via Spital Road, Church Road, The Village, Bebington Road, Boundary Road to New Chester Road, then as normal routes to Arrowe Park Hospital (omitting Croft Avenue East, Caldbeck Road, Welton Road, Stadium Road, Port Causeway and a section of New Chester Road).
These services will call at the stops on Spital Road, near Stanhope Drive; and New Chester Road, opposite Legh Road.
Service 38A
- From Mill Park will travel as normal to Welton Road, then via Stadium Road, Caldbeck Road, Croft Avenue East, Spital Road, Church Road, The Village, Bebington Road to Old Chester Road, then as normal route to West Kirby (omitting Port Causeway, Dock Road South, South View, Pool Lane, New Chester Road, Boundary Road and a section of Bebington Road).
This service will call at the stops on Croft Retail Park, near Welton Road; and Old Chester Road, near Bebington Road.
