Altway will be closed, between Lancing Drive and Ellesmere Drive, from Monday 27 July 2026 for approximately 5 days, between 0930 and 1530 each day.
Bus diversions are as follows:
Service 345
- From Liverpool will travel as normal to Aintree Lane, then continue via Aintree Lane, School Lane to Bull Bridge Lane, then continue via Bull Bridge Lane, then as normal route to Waddicar (omitting Altway).
This service will call at the stops on Ormskirk Road, opposite Aintree Retail Park; and Bull Bridge Lane, near Altway. - From Waddicar will travel as normal to Bull Bridge Lane, then continue via Bull Bridge Lane, School Lane to Aintree Lane, then continue via Aintree Lane, then as normal route to Liverpool (omitting Altway).
This service will call at the stops on Spencers Lane, opposite Brewery Lane; and Old Roan Interchange, Ormskirk Road, near Aintree Lane, Stop G.
