From Thursday 8th January 2026, Arriva 52A evening services will terminate all journeys at Magdelene Square, Netherton due to the closure of the right turn from A5036 Dunnings Bridge Road onto Park Lane West Bootle.
Bus diversions are as follows:
Service 52A
- will travel as normal from Liverpool to Glovers Lane, this service will operate to Magdelene Square only (bus stop no. 53001B) (omitting St Oswalds Lane, Park Lane West, Dunnings Bridge Road, Copy Lane and Old Roan Station Interchange).
- Journeys towards Liverpool will commence from Glovers Lane adjacent to Marion Square (bus stop no. 53001C) (omitting Old Roan Station Interchange, Copy Lane, Dunnings Bridge Road, Park Lane West and St Oswalds Lane).
