College Road, between Brompton Avenue and Warwick Avenue, will be closed from Monday 6 July 2026 for approximately 5 nights, between 1930 and midnight each night.
Bus diversions are as follows:

• From Bootle Bus Station will be as normal route to Crosby Road North, then via Liverpool Road, Islington, then as normal route to Aintree University Hospital. (Omits College Road and Coronation Road).
Alternative bus stop: Crosby Road North, near Fir Road and Islington, stop C.
• From Aintree University Hopital will be as normal route to Islington, then via Liverpool Road, Crosby Road North, then as normal route to Bootle Bus Station. (Omits Coronation Road and College Road).
Alternative bus stop: Islington, stop A and Crosby Road North, near Milton Road.
