East Prescot Road will be closed (Eastbound only) on Monday 8 June between 1900 to 0600 from the junction of Eaton Road to the junction of Blackmoor Drive. The closure is expected to be in place for 1 night.
Bus diversions are as follows:
Route 9
- will operate as normal to East Prescot Road, then via Eaton Road, Honey’s Green Lane, Blackmoor Drive to Pilch Lane and resume normal route to Huyton (omitting a section of East Prescot Road).
Alternative stops: East Prescot Road, near Alder Hey Hospital; and Pilch Lane, opposite Newenham Crescent.
Routes 10, 10A and 10B
- will operate as normal to East Prescot Road, then via Eaton Road, Honey’s Green Lane, Blackmoor Drive to East Prescot Road and resume normal routes (omitting a section of East Prescot Road).
Alternative stops: East Prescot Road, near Alder Hey Hospital; and East Prescot Road, opposite Gala Close.
Route 15
- will operate as normal to Eaton Road, then via Honey’s Green Lane, Blackmoor Drive to Pilch Lane and resume normal route to Huyton (omitting a section of Eaton Road and a section of East Prescot Road).
Alternative stops: Eaton Road, near Queenscourt Road; and Pilch Lane opposite Newenham Crescent.
Route 204
- will operate as normal to Queens Drive, U turn in front of Broadgreen Hospital, then via Thomas Drive, Thomas Lane to resume route at Bowring Park Road (Turnpike Tavern) (omitting a section of Queens Drive, East Prescot Road, Brookside Avenue and a section of Thomas Lane).
Alternative stops: Queens Drive near Broad Green Road, Stop E; and Thomas Drive near, Thomas Lane, Stop M.
