Netherley Road, between Greensbridge Lane and Water Lane, will be closed from Monday 13 July 2026 for approximately 5 days, between 0800 and 1800 each day.

- From Liverpool will be as normal route to Childwall Valley Road, then via Naylors Road, Wheathill Road, Tarbock Road, Cronton Road, Chapel Lane, Prescot Road, Hough Green Road, Arley Drive, Hough Green Road, then as normal route to Murdishaw. (Omits section of Childwall Valley Road, Caldway Drive and Netherley Road).
Alternative bus stop: Childwall Valley Road, opposite Runton Road and Hough Green Road, near Afton.
- From Murdishaw will be as normal route Arley Drive, then via Hough Green Road, Prescot Road, Chapel Lane, Cronton Road, Tarbock Road, Wheathill Road, Naylors Road, Childwall Valley Road, then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits section of Hough Green Road, Netherley Road and section of Childwall Valley Road).
Alternative bus stop: Hough Green Road, opposite Afton and Childwall Valley Road, near Runton Road.
