Queens Drive/North Mossley Hill Road will be closed, from Monday 1 June 2026 for approximately 7 weeks.
Bus diversions are as follows:
Services 4 and 4A
- From Liverpool ONE Bus Station will travel as normal to Croxteth Gate, then via Croxteth Drive, Aigburth Drive, Mossley Hill Drive, Elmswood Road, Victoria Road, Carnatic Road, Aigburth Vale to Park Avenue, then resume as normal routes to Liverpool ONE Bus Station (omitting Croxteth Drive, Mossley Hill Drive, Greenbank Lane, North Mossley Hill Road, Queens Drive and Aigburth Vale).
These services will call at the stops on Croxteth Road, near Hartington Road, Stop A; and Park Avenue, near New Hawthorne Gardens.
Services 68 and 68A
- From Aigburth Vale will travel as normal to Ashfield Road, then via Elmswood Road to Rose Lane, then continue via Rose Lane, then as normal routes to Bootle Bus Station (omitting Victoria Road, Aigburth Vale, Queens Drive and Dovedale Road).
These services will call at the stops on Ashfield Road, near Elmswood Road; and Rose Lane, near Reedale Road. - From Bootle Bus Station will travel as normal to Rose Lane, then continue via Rose Lane, Elmswood Road, Ashfield Road to Aigburth Vale (omitting Dovedale Road, Queens Drive, Aigburth Vale and Victoria Road).
These services will call at the stop on Rose Lane, near Mather Avenue.
Service 699
- From Liverpool University will travel as normal to Smithdown Road, then continue via Smithdown Road to Smithdown Place, Penny Lane and terminate (omitting Greenbank Road).
- From Greenbank Road will commence from Smithdown Place, Penny Lane (stop no. 43017B), then travel via Smithdown Place to Smithdown Road, then as normal route to Liverpool University (omitting Greenbank Road).
This service will call at the stops at Smithdown Place, Penny Lane; and Smithdown Road, near Gresford Avenue.
