• From Preston as normal route to Southport, Albert Road, then at Manchester Road, Roundabout take 1st exit via Manchester Road, to right Hoghton Street, then continue along Hoghton Street and terminate at Hoghton Street bus stop HE (bus stop no. 630005C). Services should then operate out of service by turning left onto London Street, Do not turn right due to a road closure, then via London Street, to the Derby Road Roundabout take 4th exit and continue back along London Street, to right onto Hoghton Street to commence service from bus stop HB (bus stop no. 630005B). (Omits Lord Street).
Alternative bus stop: Albert Road, near Alexandra Road
• From Southport, journeys should commence from Hoghton Street bus stop HB (bus stop no. 630005B), then via Hoghton Street, to left Manchester Road, to the Lord Street Roundabout and take the 3rd exit via Albert Road and resume normal route to Preston. (Omits Lord Street)..

Service 44 (Affects journeys between 1000 and 1230)
• From Crossens will be as normal route to Hoghton Street, then via left into London Street, Derby Road, Sussex Road, St Luke’s Road, Rose Hill, Forest Road, then as normal route to Kew/ Southport Hospital/Formby. (Omits a section of London Street, Lord Street, Eastbank Street, Virginia Street and a section of Forest Road).

• From Formby/Kew/Southport Hospital will be as normal route to Forest Road, then via Rose Hill, St Luke’s Road, Sussex Road, Derby Road, London Street, Hoghton Street, then as normal route to Crossens.
