Windy Arbor Road, between Fallows Way and Lickers Lane, will be closed on Saturday 25 July and Saturday 8 August 2026 for approximately 2 days, between 1900 and midnight on each Saturday.
Bus diversions are as follows:

• From Liverpool will be as normal route to Cronton Road, then via the Tarbock roundabout, Cronton Road, Fox’s Bank Lane, Lickers Lane, Windy Arbor Road, then as normal route to Halton Hospital. (Omits a section of Windy Arbor Road).
Alternative bus stop: Cronton Road, near Wilson Road and Windy Arbor Road, opposite Lickers Lane.
• From Halton Hospital will be as normal route to Windy Arbor Road, then via Lickers Lane, Fox’s Bank Lane, Cronton Road, then via the Tarbock roundabout, Cronton Road, then as normal route to Liverpool. (Omits a section of Windy Arbor Road).
Alternative bus stop: Windy Arbor Road, opposite Jubilee Drive and Cronton Road, near Coppice Lane.
